Lake Margaret | Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws

Lake Margaret is a beautiful little community, nestled high in the Cascade Mountain foothills, about a fifteen minute drive from the town of Duvall.
Surrounding the Lake Margaret community is public land managed by the Department of Natural Resources, which includes miles and miles of hiking and mountain biking trails.
Lake Margaret has it's own community water supply that serves as a model to many other communities -- and even small countries -- for providing quality, pure water throughout the year.
Lake Margaret is a reservoir in King County in the state if Washington. A boat launch and fishing is available. Get out on the lake for trout, bass, bluegill and perch or stay on the shore for trout.
The community of Lake Margaret is home to around 130 families. On the south end of the lake, there is a private beach, where the locals come to picnic and swim. Visitors are welcome to fish in Lake Margaret but the beach is private for community members only.
